“When I started working with Kylie, my goals were pretty vague. I'd just returned from an overseas holiday where I'd fallen into the trap of snacking mindlessly, and whilst I didn't feel like I was doing too badly with my training and diet, I knew I could do better with the right advice.
Over the 3 months of working with Kylie I learned so much about how to fuel my body for training, whilst significantly improving my body composition. The fact that I could hit PBs in my weight-lifting and sensibly cut down my body fat percentage, without feeling hungry, was amazing!
Initially I was worried about committing to the full 3 months but Kylie's support, encouragement, ability to educate and occasional "tough love" - coupled with my own determination - meant the time flew by
Everyone is different, with their own starting point and personal goals. Kylie takes the time to learn about your lifestyle, your priorities and your challenges and tailors her approach to suit. I learned so much more about food, and my emotional relationship to food, than I ever expected and I finished my time with Kylie with the knowledge to sustain the changes we had made.
