“Kylie is an incredible person and a fantastic personal trainer!

I was really hesitant when deciding to work with Kylie because I was skeptical of the idea of an online trainer and because I am very money-conscious and wanted to feel good about my investment. And, let me tell you, things could not have worked out better. Right from the beginning, Kylie asked me about my goals and prioritized what I wanted to get out of my training and nutritional guidance.

I had been training for years, but Kylie took it to the next level. She helped me refine my form and she taught me new variations of exercises that helped keep workouts fun and interesting.Kylie encouraged me to increase weights, but I never felt pressure from her to do so if I truly couldn’t lift that much. If I wasn’t super energized one week or if I couldn’t seem to complete all my reps at a higher weight, she would help me adjust my plan to maintain my goals and prevent myself from getting injured. Having someone else plan your workouts is such a relief and when it is someone you trust as much as I trust Kylie, it makes it all the more enjoyable!

As for nutrition, I was very unsure in the beginning. Having a history with disordered eating, I was very cautious about the idea of a meal plan, but Kylie really understood here I was coming from and worked hard to make sure I never felt like I was one a “diet.” I never felt restricted or deprived of anything and she made sure to include foods that I love (especially my favorite chocolate!). Kylie helped me to learn about nutrition and the different foods that our bodies need to thrive. As someone who always saw herself as a “healthy” eater, Kylie helped me truly understand how to compose meals throughout my day so that I felt full and energized, all while maintain my goals.

Overall, I cannot recommend Kylie enough. She is such a sweet woman who truly cares about her clients as people. She understands the ebbs and flows of life and helps you to craft a program that fits with your life, your schedule and your goals. I asked an incessant amount of questions, always wanting to make sure I agreed with why Kylie had me doing certain exercises or eating a certain amount, and she never failed to give me thorough explanations and work through any issues I had. Kylie has supported me inside and outside of the gym and has helped me feel so healthy and strong.

Working with Kylie will be one of the greatest investments you make!”
