“Kylie is a fantastic personal trainer who is both talented and passionate about what she does. She takes the time to assess your current condition to help you achieve your fitness goals. When I first signed up with Kylie it was to build strength, gain fitness and loss a few KG (however this was not my primary focus), however I put a spanner in the works and had to let Kylie know 5 weeks in that I was pregnant!
My first thought was to cancel my sessions as I was nervous to to keep training as I had had complications during past pregnancies, however Kylie guaranteed me that she could help me stay strong, keep fit and get my body ready for child birth. Kylie exceeded my expectations, she updated the program constantly to fit in with the different stages of pregnancy while still keeping it fresh and challenging. Kylie believes in a well rounded holistic approach to training, therefore also incorporates meal plans, emotional support and shares her vast knowledge on a range of subjects.
