I understand the key to long term success is a habit based coaching approach whereby in order to have sustainable lifelong success it must be built on changing daily habits and routines. It’s not just about having the knowledge to make these changes, but having a coach to hold you accountable each day too.
And being held accountable doesn’t mean judgement - far from it - it means guiding, supporting and cheering for you and sometimes giving some tough love when needed too!
