“I made contact with Kylie after moving to Sydney from interstate and finding it difficult to get back into a routine with my eating and training. I was lacking motivation as I couldn’t find a training facility that was right for me which lead to feeling quite down and giving up training regularly and reaching for foods out of comfort rather than to fuel my body.

Although I was very comfortable and familiar with the gym environment it became apparent to me quite quickly that there was so much more to learn when it came to strength training. Kylie’s knowledge and guidance with my technique across a range of exercises really helped me with my confidence in the weights room. I have so much more knowledge and feel very comfortable walking into any gym and using any machine or free weights.

When it comes to nutrition I knew the basics and was tracking religiously (well so I thought!). I was missing small snacks and my daily coffee which doesn’t sound like much but can add up very quickly, so really I had no idea what I was consuming. Kylie has given me the ability to track accurately using macros (I never tracked my macros before).

Kylie is the most open and honest trainer I have ever dealt with. She will call you out on your excuses when needed but will also provide the support and knowledge to help you reach your goals. Thanks to Kylie I have regained my love of training and nutrition, I could not recommend her services highly enough!”
