“I have been training with Kylie for years now and have stayed with her all this time because I see and feel progression through each and every program that Kylie tailors for me depending on my health, needs and personal goals at the time. Kylie has always kept a close eye on my training and made adjustments where necessary to push me harder to be at my best or pull me back when I need to be kind to myself. She knows what works for me and with this, has pushed me to reach massive highs and strength achievements that I never even thought possible. I definitely credit Kylie with the positive change in my views regarding nutrition, exercise and general well-being.

Importantly for me, however, is that Kylie rises up to challenges and is genuinely concerned about her clients. We have had a few challenges together (that's putting it mildly!) and Kylie has helped me through many daunting lows in the time we have been training together.

For example, I first went to Kylie as a person with unrealistic and unhealthy views about weight management and calorie control. Through explaining the process that my body goes through when burning food for energy and the effect of weight training, Kylie helped me better understand nutrition and exercise. I have seen and felt results that are sustainable over the long term and thanks to Kylie, am in a much better place mentally. Kylie was always patient and honest with me and relentlessly persisted in helping me understand by arming me with knowledge, even through all my freak-outs (which I still have from time to time!!).

More recently, I was a pedestrian hit by a car and sustained serious injuries which required surgery. Kylie has been spectacular in helping me with my recovery and regain my strength. She listens to what I need, is willing to learn and understand what recovery from traumatic injury involves (even incorporating exercises recommended by the physiotherapist), and supports me through positive encouragement. The best part is, celebrating the gains I make on my road to recovery!

Kylie is genuinely passionate about her job and her clients, taking a holistic approach that brings together nutrition, exercise and well-being (physical and mental). She's focused on understanding her clients' needs and I get the best from her and she brings the best out in me. I would highly recommend Kylie to you if you are a person looking for a long-term sustainable change in weight, fitness and health. You'll be more than impressed!”
