I had been active playing sports my whole life and been a regular gym-goer without achieving my performance-based goals, and my online training with Kylie has seen me progress from post-hand-injury re-building grip strength by practicing holding dumbbells and hanging off bars, to now performing sets of 3 unassisted pull-ups! And yet, my greatest progress has been in other areas of my life:
I no longer get back soreness/fatigue after 14 hour shifts at work
I have visibly better posture
I have learned how to tailor my diet around my shift work (read: I'm always full, energised throughout the shift, and end the day with chocolate, while still improving my body composition!)
I am more calm and collected at work thanks to the introduction of mindfulness practice
