“Kylie is a wonderful personal trainer. She is the right combination of tough when she needs to be and warm and caring at the same time, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. I looked forward to every session with her and always went away having learnt something, which I found very valuable as a Personal Trainer myself. She helped me greatly with correcting my own form and movement patterns, and always provided informative cues that made exercises much more effective during our sessions, which I could then use when coaching my own clients. She also helped me gain a greater understanding of effective programming and broadened my knowledge base of exercises and movements (and when/ why to use them with clients).
She is very passionate about helping clients, which was evident in the way that she would always be available outside of sessions to answer any questions I had. She provides a very holistic approach and during our time together, she looked at everything from training, sleep, nutrition, stress levels and everything else going on in my life that was impacting my health. She also helped me hugely when it came to dealing with an injury, where she tailored each session to my rehab and also helped me with my mindset in recovering from the injury. I couldn't recommend training with Kylie enough.”
