Kylie is a perfectionist by nature (which is an amazing quality in a coach) and she sets high standards which I am always trying to hit!

One of the biggest things she has taught me is to be consistent. Nutrition goals remain the same on weekdays and weekends, which means you can have treats every day rather than restricting some days and blowing out on others.

She has helped me to achieve all the goals that I have set with her, and is always keen to know what the next goal is so we can work towards that together.

Kylie is firm when needed, is realistic with your goals and how to get there, keeps you on track, but also allows flexibility and changes things up when the nutrition or is training is starting to impact on your lifestyle in a way that doesn’t feel right for you.
